Job summary

Litmus7 is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to join our AMS team in India. You will provide L2/L3 support for GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, EbTax, and PO, drive enhancements, and improve processes for global users across multiple regions.

The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with readiness for rotational shifts and on-call duties to ensure smooth month-/year-end closes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle EBS in a functional role.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, EbTax, and PO modules.
• Experience in L2/L3 production support and functional enhancements.
• Experience with SLA, ITIL processes, and global AMS support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS across GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, EbTax, and PO modules.
• Handle incident management, service requests, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across global entities.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based AMS processes.
• Act as functional SME supporting users across North America, US, EMEA, Japan, and China.
• Work in rotational shifts to overlap with global business hours.
• Provide on-call support on holidays/weekends on rotation.
• Coordinate with regional teams to resolve finance & procurement issues.
• Assist with data reconciliation, audits, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams (RICEW) for issue resolution and enhancements.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team in India. The role involves L2/L3 production support, functional enhancements, and continuous improvement of Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules for global business users across multiple regions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS across GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, EbTax, and PO modules.
• Handle incident management, service requests, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across global entities.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based AMS processes.

Global Business Support

• Act as functional SME supporting users across North America, US, EMEA, Japan, and China.
• Work flexibly to overlap with global business hours as required on rotational shifts.
• Provide on-call support on holidays/weekends on rotational basis.
• Coordinate with regional business teams to resolve functional issues related to accounting, taxation, procure-to-pay, and cash management.
• Enhancements & Continuous Improvement.
• Analyze change requests and provide impact analysis and solution options.
• Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with technical teams (RICEW) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Support integrations with banking systems, tax engines, and third‑party applications.
• Assist with data reconciliation, audits, and compliance activities.
