Job summary

dotSolved is seeking an Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to support global clients in a fast-paced AMS environment. The role requires strong functional configuration and technical debugging across AR, AP and GL, with overlapping time zones and night shifts.

Qualified candidates should have 6–9 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience, exposure to AWS, Scala, and Spark, and excellent client communication. Willingness to travel to Gurgaon as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Finance (AR, AP, GL) experience.
• Experience in AMS/high-touch client engagements.
• Techno-functional skills with both configuration and debugging.
• Exposure to AWS, Scala and Spark-based bolt-ons.

Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support across Oracle EBS Finance modules (AR, AP, GL).
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and enhancements within SLAs.
• Support bolt-on/boundary applications integrated with EBS (AWS, Scala, Spark).
• Interact with clients and travel to Gurgaon if required.
• Manage multiple priorities and drive root-cause analysis for escalations.

About the Role: We're hiring anOracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant for a high-visibilityApplication Managed Services engagement. This is a fast-paced, high-touchclient environment requiring strong functional expertise, technicaltroubleshooting skills, and the flexibility to work across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide techno-functional supportacross Oracle EBS Finance modules: Accounts Receivable (AR), AccountsPayable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents,service requests, and enhancements within SLAs, using ITSM tools fortracking and management
• Support bolt-on/boundaryapplications integrated with EBS, including AWS, Scala, and Spark-basedcomponents
• Work night shifts or rotationalshifts aligned to client time zones
• Serve as a key client-facing pointof contact, communicating clearly on critical and escalated issues
• Manage multiple concurrentpriorities in a high-burning engagement
• Drive root-cause analysis forrecurring issues to reduce escalations
• Stay composed and professional insituations that escalates to C-suite/client leadership

Required Skills:

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience inOracle EBS Finance (AR, AP, GL)
• Prior experience in AMS/high-touchclient engagements
• Techno-functional skill set —comfortable with functional configuration and technical debugging
• Exposure to AWS, Scala, and Spark orsimilar bolt-on/boundary technologies
• Good ITSM experience, particularlyhands-on with Jira
• Strong client communication skills,including experience handling executive-level escalations.
• Ability to manage conflictingpriorities under pressure
• Willingness to work night/rotationalshifts and travel to Gurgaon if required
