Job summary

L7Commerce in India seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to join our AMS team. You will provide L2/L3 production support, implement functional enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement across global users.

Based in Kochi or Bangalore, you will work across GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, EbTax and PO, collaborating with RICEW and tech teams to resolve issues, perform data reconciliation, and support global, time-zone aligned operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS functional consultant with finance modules.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, EbTax and PO modules.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.x and related RICEW components.
• Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS across multiple modules.
• Handle incidents, requests, RCA, and permanent fixes.
• Support month/quarter/year-end closes across global entities.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and ITIL-aligned AMS processes.
• Act as functional SME for global users in North America, EMEA, Japan, and China.
• Coordinate with regional teams on accounting, taxation, procure-to-pay, and cash management.
• Prepare functional docs, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Support integrations with banking systems, tax engines, and third-party apps.
• Assist with data reconciliation, audits and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS across GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CM, EbTax, and PO modules.
• Handle incident management, service requests, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across global entities.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based AMS processes.

Global Business Support

• Act as functional SME supporting users across North America, US, EMEA, Japan, and China.
• Work flexibly to overlap with global business hours as required on rotational shifts.
• Provide on-call support on holidays/weekends on rotational basis.
• Coordinate with regional business teams to resolve functional issues related to accounting, taxation, procure-to-pay, and cash management.
• Enhancements & Continuous Improvement.
• Analyze change requests and provide impact analysis and solution options.
• Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with technical teams (RICEW) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Support integrations with banking systems, tax engines, and third-party applications.
• Assist with data reconciliation, audits, and compliance activities.

• Familiarity with MOAC, AOL, security setups.
