dotSolved System Inc. in Hyderabad, India is seeking an Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant for a fast-paced AMS engagement with global time zones. The role requires strong functional expertise, technical debugging, and ability to work across AR, AP, and GL in EBS Finance.

The candidate will handle incidents within SLAs, support bolt-on boundary apps, and travel to Gurgaon if needed, including night/shifts aligned to client time zones.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance (AR, AP, GL).
• AMS/high-touch client engagements experience.
• Techno-functional skill set with configuration and debugging.
• Exposure to AWS, Scala, Spark or similar bolt-on technologies.
• Hands-on ITSM experience, Jira would be preferred.
• Strong client communication, able to handle executive escalations.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure.
• Willingness to work night/rotational shifts and travel to Gurgaon if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support across Oracle EBS Finance modules: AR, AP, GL.
• Troubleshoot incidents within SLAs using ITSM tools for tracking and management.
• Support bolt-on/boundary applications integrated with EBS, including AWS, Scala, and Spark components.
• Work night shifts or rotational shifts aligned to client time zones.
• Serve as a key client-facing point of contact, communicating clearly on critical issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent priorities in a high-pressure engagement.
• Drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues to reduce escalations.
• Stay composed in situations that escalate to C-suite/client leadership.

This is a fast-paced, high-touchclient environment requiring strong functional expertise, technicaltroubleshooting skills, and the flexibility to work across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide techno-functional supportacross Oracle EBS Finance modules: Accounts Receivable (AR), AccountsPayable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents,service requests, and enhancements within SLAs, using ITSM tools fortracking and management

Support bolt-on/boundaryapplications integrated with EBS, including AWS, Scala, and Spark-basedcomponents

Work night shifts or rotationalshifts aligned to client time zones

Serve as a key client-facing pointof contact, communicating clearly on critical and escalated issues

Manage multiple concurrentpriorities in a high-burning engagement

Drive root-cause analysis forrecurring issues to reduce escalations

Stay composed and professional insituations that escalate to C-suite/client leadership

Required Skills:

6–9 years of hands-on experience inOracle EBS Finance (AR, AP, GL)

Prior experience in AMS/high-touchclient engagements

Techno-functional skill set —comfortable with functional configuration and technical debugging
