Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud Tester to join our testing team in Hyderabad to support continuous improvement testing and quarterly release regression testing for Oracle Cloud applications across HCM, Financial Management, Procurement/Supplier Management, and PPM.

Responsibilities include executing functional/integration/regression testing, validating end-to-end scenarios, preparing test artifacts, and supporting UAT and defect triage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Cloud testing experience in HCM and Financial Management modules.
• Experience with testing Procurement/PPM modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and defect management.
• Familiarity with test automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing across Oracle Cloud modules.
• Validate end-to-end test scenarios for HCM, Financials, Procurement, and PPM.
• Prepare and maintain test scripts, data, and defect logs.
• Support quarterly regression cycles, UAT execution, defect triage, and retesting activities.
• Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and automation teams to improve test coverage and quality.

Position Title-

Oracle Cloud Tester

ROLE OVERVIEW-

Join our testing team to support continuous improvement testing and quarterly release regression testing for Oracle Cloud applications across Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, Procurement / Supplier Management, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing across Oracle Cloud HCM, Financials, Procurement, and PPM modules
• Validate end-to-end test scenarios for Oracle Time and Labour, Core HR, General Ledger, Advanced Collections, Expenses, Receivables, Tax, Payables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
• Test Procurement and Supplier Management processes including Sourcing, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal
• Validate Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes including Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Foundation
• Prepare, maintain, and update test scripts, test data, and defect logs based on release changes and impact assessments
• Support quarterly regression cycles, UAT execution, defect triage, and retesting activities
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and automation teams to improve test coverage and quality

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hands-on Oracle Cloud testing experience in HCM modules: Oracle Time and Labour, Core HR
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud testing experience in Financial Management modules: General Ledger, Advanced Collections, Expenses, Receivables, Tax, Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
• Hands‑on Oracle Cloud testing experience in Procurement / Supplier Management modules: Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal
• Hands‑on Oracle Cloud testing experience in PPM modules: Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Foundation
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, integration testing, and defect management
• Experience with test management and test automation tools is preferred

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of Oracle Cloud / Oracle ERP testing experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across HCM, Finance, Procurement, and Projects
• Experience with complex functional, integration, and regression testing
• Familiarity with test automation tools and structured test execution practices (preferred)

CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)

• Oracle Cloud ERP Certified Implementation Specialist
• Oracle Cloud HCM Certified Implementation Specialist
