Job summary

Radiant Systems in Hyderabad is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Test Lead/Analyst with extensive ERP testing experience. The role focuses on Fusion HCM modules, Payroll, and end-to-end testing across HR processes, with an emphasis on Payroll Parallel Run.

Ideal candidates will bring 8-10 years in large Oracle ERP testing and at least 5 years in Fusion Cloud HCM testing, working with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders across Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in large Oracle ERP testing projects.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM hands-on Functional/End-to-End/Integration/UAT testing in HCM modules and Payroll.
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Accruals, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations, PPR in ERP apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy, test planning, test case preparation, and test execution plans.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders for test delivery and reporting.
• Lead testing efforts including PPR and Payroll Parallel Run in ERP environments.
• Collaborate with IT/business stakeholders to ensure cross-functional test coverage.
• Utilize Agile test management and test execution tools to track progress.

Job description

Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Test Lead / Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Overall 8-10 years of experience in large Oracle ERP testing project


• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM hands-on Functional/E2E/Integration/UAT testing experience in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) modules and Payroll


• Expertise on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Accruals, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations, PPR (Payroll Parallel Run) in ERP applications.


• UK Payroll process experience is mandatory.


• Experience in developing Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Case Execution, Tracking and Reporting


• Experience in working with multiple IT/Business stakeholders, cross functional teams in onshore/offshore delivery model


• Experience working on PPR (Payroll Parallel Run), Agile Test Management and Test Execution tools


• Strong communication skills along with stakeholder management experience.
