Job summary

Charles Alan Consulting Bangalore is seeking a senior Oracle SCM consultant to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and enhancements for client projects. You will gather business requirements and design scalable inventory, order management, procurement and planning solutions, and configure core modules.

The role includes data integration using FBDI, OIC and REST/SOAP, leading workshops, mentoring juniors, and guiding testing, deployment and production support with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 8+ years in Oracle SCM (Cloud/EBS).
• Strong expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing and Cost Management.
• Experience in item/catalog design, sourcing, order orchestration, supply chain planning and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and enhancements.

• Experience in item/catalog design, sourcing, order orchestration, supply chain planning and fulfillment.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL and data integration tools (FBDI, OIC, ADFdi).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud

Education and additional qualifications:

• Must have academic qualifications like BE/MBA / CA Internal /Final
• Good to have Oracle Certification
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing onsite role.
