Indihire Consultants in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM specialist focused on Inventory Management to resolve incidents, optimize fulfillment processes, and support B2B messaging.

The role requires 4–5 years of functional experience with Oracle Cloud SCM, strong inventory knowledge, SQL skills, and the ability to work across procure-to-pay, inventory, and order-to-cash cycles. Candidates should have excellent incident management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud SCM, with solid Inventory Management expertise.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across procure-to-pay, inventory, and order-to-cash.
• Exposure to at least one Oracle Cloud implementation or post-go-live support engagement.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting inventory fulfillment flows, including reservations, pick/ship, and related inventory transactions.
• Working knowledge of B2B messaging such as ASN and SN.
• Basic SQL skills for data checks and troubleshooting; familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reports.
• Good incident management, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents and service requests within SLAs, with guidance on root cause analysis
• Support inventory fulfillment processes: reservations, pick release, pick confirmation, ship confirmation, and inventory transactions triggered by shipments
• Troubleshoot fulfillment-related inventory issues such as availability discrepancies, reservation failures, pick and ship confirm errors, and backorders
• Support core inventory processes: receiving, transfers, miscellaneous transactions, cycle counts, on-hand and availability, lot/serial control
• Monitor inbound and outbound interfaces daily, identify failed or stuck transactions, and drive timely resolution
• Analyze issues with B2B messages (ASN, SN, PO acknowledgements, receipt confirmations), working with the integration team on fixes and reprocessing
• Perform data validation and reconciliation of on-hand, in-transit, shipments, and receipts vs. ASNs
• Raise Oracle SRs when needed
• Update runbooks and known-error logs; provide guidance to business users
