Job summary

Elfonze Technologies is seeking a delivery-oriented professional to translate business needs into technology-enabled Oracle ARCS solutions. You will plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, and design and deliver Oracle ARCS-based reconciliation and transaction matching systems.

You will mentor junior team members, lead the project through requirements gathering to closure, manage stakeholders, and ensure integration and reconciliation processes are effectively implemented.

Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions

Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle ARCS solutions

Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching

Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure

Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle ARCS

Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure

Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)

Good understanding of Integration, and reconciliation process
