Jade Global in Pune, India seeks an EPM ARCS Functional Consultant to provide in-depth ARCS and EPM Cloud support, including requirements gathering, functional design, and client-oriented solution delivery. The role involves creating design documents, test plans, and training materials for successful deployments.

You will train users on Hyperion components, drive functional specs sign-offs, and collaborate with stakeholders through conference room pilots and post go-live support to ensure smooth

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support of ARCS application and artifacts.
• Prepare key deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents, test plans, training materials and solution delivery.
• Meet with clients on EPM Cloud-related enhancements.
• Deliver Hyperion-related training to users.
• Drive requirements gathering for Account Reconciliation processes.
• Prepare Functional Specifications Document and obtain sign-off.
• Drive technical design and implementation of the Account Reconciliation solution.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilot sessions with business users.
• Configure and implement ARCS to meet account reconciliation requirements.
• Create custom reconciliation reports as needed.
• Prepare system documentation (Design documents, Test cases) and training material.
• Perform Unit and System Integration Testing; support UAT.
• Assist with Production deployment and rollout.
• Support Account Reconciliation solution post go-live; drive SIT and support UAT.

EPM ARCS Functional Consultant.

Experience in functional knowledge of EPM cloud with strong Application Development/support process experience on ARCS.

Responsible for providing functional support of ARCS application and artifacts.

Preparation of key deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents, test plans, training materials and solution delivery.

Involve in meeting with clients on a regular basis on EPM Cloud-related enhancements, Give Hyperion-related training to users, whenever necessary.

Functional knowledge of financial systems and business processes, especially around ARCSAccount Reconciliation Functional Consultant will be responsible for the following activities:

Driving requirements gathering and elicitation for Account Reconciliation process(es).Preparing Functional Specifications Document and walking through the same with relevant stakeholders for sign-off.Driving technical design and implementation of the Account Reconciliation solution.

Driving Conference Room Pilot sessions with business users and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the solution.

Configuring and implementing ARCS application to meet the account reconciliation requirements.

Creating custom reconciliation reportsif necessary based on business requirements.

Assisting in the preparation of system documentation (Design documentTest Cases etc) and training material.

Performing Unit and System Integration Testing.Support User Acceptance Testing.

Assisting with Production deployment and roll out.
