Tekskills Inc. seeks an ARCS consultant to lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS modules, ensuring policy alignment and efficient reconciliations across intercompany, bank-to-book, and card flows.

You will serve as the Smart View reporting expert, build advanced ad-hoc reports, and integrate data from ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, and NetSuite. UAT leadership and thorough documentation are required to ensure SOX compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience designing, configuring and deploying ARCS modules with adherence to policies.
• Ability to build and optimize complex Transaction Matching rules for high-volume reconciliations.
• Leading UAT, bug tracking, and system validation for SOX-compliant processes.
• Developing user training and comprehensive SOPs for end users and admins.

.Implementation & Product Expertise

• Lead End-to-End Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy Oracle ARCS modules, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies.
• Transaction Matching (TM) Specialist: Build and optimize complex matching rules to automate high-volume reconciliations (e.g., intercompany, bank-to-book, and credit cards).
• Feature Optimization: Stay ahead of Oracle’s monthly updates to implement new features that drive efficiency.

2. Reporting & Smart View Integration

• Smart View Mastery: Serve as the internal "Power User" for Oracle Smart View, building advanced ad-hoc reports and Excel-based templates for reconciliation monitoring.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless data flows from ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, or NetSuite) into ARCS.

3. Testing & Quality Assurance

• UAT Leadership: Define UAT scripts, manage bug tracking, and facilitate the testing of Transaction Matching logic and reconciliation profiles.
• System Validation: Ensure all reconciliation formats and profiles meet audit and compliance standards (SOX).

4. Training & Documentation

• User Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators.
• SOP Development: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical configuration guides, "How-To" manuals for end-users, and process flowcharts.
