We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant ARCS Architect to lead the functional design, implementation, and optimization of ARCS solutions. The role requires strong ARCS expertise, requirements gathering, and collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver scalable reconciliation solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring ARCS modules, leading SIT/UAT, and guiding data integration with ERP/Fusion. Remote work with global stakeholders is expected.

Formación

• 8+ years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience with strong ARCS background.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS architecture, design, configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliation, financial close, and record-to-report processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional architecture and design for Oracle ARCS implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for account reconciliation and close processes.
• Configure ARCS modules: Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, Profiles, formats, and workflows.
• Develop functional specs and design documents for ARCS solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for ARCS integrations with Oracle Fusion, ERP/EBS, and other systems.
• Support data integration using EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, FBDI, REST APIs.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance on ARCS best practices, performance optimization, and governance.

Role : Oracle EPM Functional Consultant ARCS Architect

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant ARCS Architect to lead the functional design, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions.

Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly ARCS, with experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, integration, testing, and production support. Who have work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective account reconciliation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ARCS implementations.
• Gather and analyse business requirements related to account reconciliation and financial close processes.
• Configure and implement Account Reconciliation, including:
  • Reconciliation Compliance
  • Transaction Matching
  • Profiles and formats
  • Reconciliation rules and workflows
  • Data loads and mappings
  • Approval workflows and security
• Design ARCS solutions aligned with Finance, Accounting, and Financial Close requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Work with technical teams on ARCS integrations with Oracle Fusion, ERP/EBS, and other source systems.
• Support data integration using EPM Integration Agent, Data Integration/Data Management, FBDI, REST APIs, or other relevant integration approaches.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance on ARCS best practices, performance optimization, and application governance.
• Support production issues and provide functional troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion, with strong functional experience in Oracle ARCS.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
• Experience in ARCS architecture, solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliation, financial close, and record-to-report processes.
• Experience with Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
• Good understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and related modules.
• Experience with data integration and interfaces between ARCS and ERP/source systems.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security, workflows, approvals, mappings, and data validation within ARCS.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
