Job summary

Frontend Arts is seeking an experienced Oracle OTM consultant to lead end-to-end implementations, configure core modules, and design scalable architectures. You will drive B2B integrations, reporting with XML/XSL/BI Publisher, and mentor junior consultants across projects.

The role requires 8+ years of OTM experience, at least two full life-cycle implementations, strong SQL skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience.
• Minimum 2 full life-cycle OTM implementations in mid-to-large scale projects.
• Strong functional expertise in core OTM modules: Shipment Planning & Execution; Freight Settlement; Sourcing; Fleet Management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.
• Strong experience in B2B integrations (EDI, APIs).
• Solid understanding of solution design and system architecture.
• Experience handling development and support projects.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle OTM implementations, including at least two full life-cycle projects across diverse industries.
• Configure and optimize core OTM modules such as Shipment Planning & Execution, Freight Settlement, Sourcing, Fleet Management.
• Develop and support B2B integrations using EDI, APIs, and other integration frameworks.
• Work with XML, XSL, and BI Publisher for reporting and document generation.
• Apply advanced SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Lead the Customer Onboarding workstream, coordinating activities across internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with nearshore Project Managers and manage offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and delivery standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Drive knowledge transition, mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
• Foster strong team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote continuous improvement.
• Support development and post-go-live production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvements.
