Job summary

Grassik Search Pvt Ltd is looking for a Sr. Member Technical Staff/Tech Lead with 4 to 7 years of Oracle Apps DBA experience. You will provide L2 and L3 support for the production environment while collaborating with Application Development teams to support Oracle Applications.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with performance tuning and Oracle R12 is essential. This position is situated in Gurugram, Haryana.

Qualifications

Position: Sr. Member Technical Staff/Tech Lead

Location: ATC Gurgaon Office

TYPE: New / Replacement New On-roll position

Summary: Oracle Apps DBA with 4 to 7 years of experience to provide L2 and L3 support to production environment.

Essential Functions

• 4 to 7 years of Oracle Apps DBA experience with R12.2.4 desirable
• Perform database administration activities
• Collaboration with Application Development teams to support Oracle Applications 11i and R12
• Perform capacity monitoring and short and long-term capacity planning in collaboration with development
• Collaborate with System administrators and architects
• Propose solutions identifying tools and generating procedures to ensure an efficient consistent repeatable environment
• Good exposure on RMAN, ASM, AD Utilities, DB patching, Refresh/cloning, etc.
• Good exposure in Shell scripting for db & apps performance analysis
• Specific experience with Oracle Applications R12.0.x or higher and on AD utilities, proven experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery planning and testing
• Experience with Fusion Middleware 11g, AS10gR3, AS10gR2, OEM and/or RAC desired
• Good knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager would be added advantage
• Proven ability to work through SRs with Oracle Corporation technical support
• Demonstrated diagnostic skills
