Job summary

CloverInfotech in Mumbai (Work from Office) is looking for an Oracle DBA L1/L2 with 2-7 years of experience to join our DBA team and manage Oracle Database environments.

You will handle migrations, installations, upgrades, performance tuning, backups with RMAN, Data Pump, and participate in 24/7 shift support with strong troubleshooting skills.

Strong knowledge of 12c/18c/19c Grid Infrastructure and RAC, and collaboration with development teams are required.

Qualifications

• Experience on Database Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching.
• Proficient in Oracle 12c/18c/19c Grid Infrastructure and RAC.
• Hands-on experience with RMAN, Data Pump and backup validations.
• Experience handling SRs with Oracle Support and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of shell scripting and SQL/PL-SQL basics.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Experience on Database Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching.
• Drive performance & tuning, monitoring the performance using tools
• Hands-on experience as Oracle Database Administrator.
• Deep knowledge on 12c/18c/19c database creations and software binaries installations in Unix (Linux) and Windows environment.
• Experience of Oracle 12c/18c/19c Grid Infrastructure, Cluster ware, ASM, RAC internal, Active Data Guard in RAC environment.
• Hands on experience in Data-Guard configuration, implementing and maintaining standby databases.
• Configuring and Monitoring database backup and performing backup validations.
• Deep knowledge in Exports, Imports, Data-pump and RMAN.
• Assist/Support the development team and mentor database team.
• Knowledge on shell scripting.
• Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL Basics.
• Proven experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Proven ability to work through SRs with Oracle Corporation technical support
