Job summary

Centre For Sight in Odisha seeks ophthalmic staff to perform comprehensive eye examinations and record patient data in HMIS, including history taking and visual acuity assessment.

The role covers refraction, IOL cross-check, tonometry, A-scan, keratometry, HVF, Pachymetry, and contact lens fitting, supporting patients with pre- and post-operative care.

Responsibilities

• 1. Patient history taking & documenting in the HMIS.
• 2. Visual Acuity assessment, Refraction & POG.
• 3. Assessment of Squint & Pupillary reaction assessment.
• 4. Performing Applanation Tonometry.
• 5. A- Scan assessment.
• 6. Immersion for cross - checking the IOL.
• 7. Performing NCT Non-Contact Tonometry.
• 8. Doing Pachymetry.
• 9. Helping the patient in doing conversion exercise on Synoptophore.
• 10. Doing Keratometry (manual) assessment.
• 11. Performing HVF investigation.
• 12. Doing Dry & dilated Radioscopy/Cross Cylinder.
• 13. Soft Contact Lens fitting.
