Job summary

Lenskart in Rajasthan seeks a certified optometrist to join our optical team in Bhiwadi. You will perform eye testing, determine prescriptions, and advise on lens materials and dispenses.

Strong Hindi and English communication is essential. You will handle escalations, resolve technical issues, and prepare routine reports for stores.

Qualifications

• Certified optometrist with appropriate qualification.
• Good knowledge of lens materials, optical measurements and eye testing.
• Good communication in Hindi as well as English.
• Escalation handling.
• Knowledge of dispense glasses, contact lenses, or other optical products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct refractions to determine the correct prescription.
• Handling the technical and critical issues calls
• Address correct information with stores
• Root cause analysis of technical and critical issues
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Identifying the increased issues and suggest a solve for it
