Job summary

Eye Gear is hiring an Optical Sales Executive to drive monthly sales targets across Raichur, Hubli, Gulbarga, Koppal, Ranebennur, Sirsi and Sagar. The role involves dispensing the right eye care products and ensuring orders are delivered within deadlines, while maintaining stock and counter presentation.

The ideal candidate will build rapport with doctors, hospital staff and management, address customer issues, adhere to SOPs, and help keep the counter well-maintained as per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
• Dispense the right product to customers and ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Maintain assets and stock at counter; liable for damage or loss.
• Maintain cordial relationships with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management.
• Address customer issues and report to the reporting manager.
• Adhere to company policies and SOPs.
• Maintain the counter decor at all times.
• Attain goals assigned by Reporting Manager.

• Responsible to achieve individual Business Target on monthly basis.

• Responsible to maintain asset & stocks of the company available in counter. Damage or loss of any product the concern sales person will be liable.
• Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management.
• Responsible to address all customer issues & keep his reporting manager posted about the same.
• Responsible to adhere the polices, SOP laid by the company.
• Responsible to maintain the dcor of the counter always.
• Responsible in attainting goals assigned by Reporting Manager.
