Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Bengaluru is seeking an FT Line Sustaining Specialist to support the Test Shop floor, analyze issues, and drive improvements to meet KPI targets. The role emphasizes reliability, process discipline, and collaboration across engineering teams in a high-tech semiconductor environment.

Ideal candidates will have a technical course background, 4 years in semiconductor manufacturing with 2+ years in Final test, and hands-on SPC/FMEA/TPM knowledge to sustain production excellence

Qualifications

• Any Technical Course, preferably Electrical/Mechanical.
• 4 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, at least 2 years in Final test.
• Basic knowledge of SPC, FMEA, TPM and related problem solving tools.
• General knowledge of test procedures and semiconductor products/applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and repair on FT line sustaining activities per production guidelines.
• Contribute to Budget management and cost control for area.
• Support technical improvements and reduction of downtime.
• Maintain documentation and control records.
• Adhere to Environment, Safety and 5S standards.
