## Ops Sup AnalystApply: Pune Maharashtra India: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 12, 2026 (12 days left to apply): 26997362The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the account services team. Responsibilities: support the Wire Operations department which performs account maintenance and servicing on Retail Bank Accounts as required by regulatory rules. Support account financial adjustments due to returned deposited items or as request by the branch or client.Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. **Responsibilities:*** Timely and accurate completion of complex tasks, data validations of products in support of operations, audit and agency initiatives.* Supporting management in completion of assignments to meet multiple, aggressive deadlines.
