Looking for Sr Operations Manager on papers with minimum 15 years of experience for a Bpo ,should have a team of 200 to 500 people and should be Sr Manager on papers in any of the International bpo for minimum 2 years for voice process.

Required Candidate profile

Ideal candidature would be 10-15 + YEARS OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH MIN 5-7 YEARS IN as the VOICE Operations, out of which at-least minimum 5-7 years in Leadership role for U.S Customers.
