Job summary

Nomura Holdings, Inc. in Mumbai seeks an Analyst to create and maintain Wealth Management Static Data, update client certifications and attestations, and enable products and services for Wealth Management clients.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a Graduate/MBA degree, and strong teamwork, communication and regulatory knowledge to support multiple lines of business in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.

The Operations division provides the support and control infrastructure that enables the Firm to develop and deliver financial products throughout the world. Working with the Sales, Trading and Information Technology Divisions, Operations professionals are responsible for the management and execution of transactions to maximize profitability and minimize risk. Business Overview:

Wealth Management Static Data typically refers to the information about a client that is stored in our database to uniquely identify and manage the client’s interactions or transactions with business or organization in Avaloq system. This data usually includes details such as the Client’s Name, Certification & Attestation details, Products and Services enablement (Commission, Custody Fees set up), Operational and Settlement related Static Data, unique identifiers and any other relevant information that helps in identifying and managing the client’s relationships with Nomura. Client Reference Data is vital in any Investment banking and encompassing key information about clients is essential for conducting business operations effectively.

Accurate client reference data is crucial for compliance with regulations, risk management and facilitating smooth transactions. Effective management of client reference data is crucial for complying with data protection regulations. Maintaining high-quality client reference data is paramount to ensure timely decision-making to tackle volatile environment.
