Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software tester with proven experience in defining and leading QA cycles, preferably with Telematics systems.
2. Hands-on experience in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver.
3. Strong knowledge of Cypress is mandatory, and hands-on experience would be a plus.
4. Experience with test automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, BDD Cucumber framework.
5. Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, and Test Configuration Management.
6. Knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and acceptance testing.
7. Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications.
8. Log and track defects using defect management tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
9. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and identify potential issues early.
10. Execute exploratory and ad-hoc testing to discover edge cases and unforeseen issues.
11. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables, providing detailed feedback and status updates.
12. Participate in sprint meetings, test estimations, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
13. Conduct post-deployment and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate releases.
