What are we looking for in a candidate?

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Automation Testing.
• Proven expertise in testing Web-based and Mobile applications across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC with experience in end-to-end QA processes including requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and UAT.
• Hands‑on experience in designing, executing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Cypress, Maestro, Selenium, Appium, and Mantis.
• Exposure to AI‑powered QA platforms like Mabl, Functionize or similar tools for intelligent test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming and scripting languages used in automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud‑based testing.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior QA engineers, conduct reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in QA automation and AI testing.
