Responsibilities

• Operate PVC extrusion machinery according to production schedules.

• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement; troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow Aliaxis safety guidelines including PPE usage and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Record production data, including output and defects; report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize efficiency; train or assist contractual manpower.

Job description

Roles and Responsibility:

• Machine Operation: Operate PVC extrusion machinery according to production schedules. Monitor and adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to maintain product quality.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy as per the Ashirvad standards. Perform regular sampling and testing to ensure consistency.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement. Identify and resolve mechanical or process issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow Aliaxis safety guidelines including PPE usage and lockout/tagout procedures. Ensure work area cleanliness and compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Documentation: Record production data, including output, defects, and machine performance. Report discrepancies or malfunctions to immediate supervisors.
• Collaboration: Work with technical teams to optimize efficiency. Train or assist contractual manpower in respective processes.

Skills and Competencies:
