Job summary

Gearspect India in Hadapsar, Maharashtra, is seeking skilled technicians to operate and set up gear cutting machines, conduct trials, and support customer requirements.

You will work with CNC gear cutting systems, prepare tooling and fixtures, and perform basic quality checks and PDI activities to verify performance before dispatch.

Experience with gear manufacturing processes such as hobbing, shaping, or skiving is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of gear cutting machine technology and operations.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC/gear cutting machines.
• Understanding of cutting parameters and tooling for gear cutting.

• Understanding of cutting tools, work holding, fixtures and cutting parameters.
• Ability to perform machine setup, prove-out and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of gear terminology, gear geometry and machining requirements.
