We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our WBG Operations team at the Customer Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in banking operations, particularly in RTGS/NEFT transactions, fund transfers, and tax payments. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proficiency in Excel to support daily operational tasks and client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process RTGS, NEFT, fund transfers, and tax payments efficiently at the branch, mid-office, or front office level.
• Provide prompt and accurate support to customers and internal teams regarding transaction status, payment issues, and operational queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during transaction processing.
• Maintain and update transaction records and reports using Excel and internal banking systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or escalations related to customer transactions.
• Monitor transaction queues and ensure timely execution of all payment instructions.
• Assist in audits and internal reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing service delivery.
