Job Description: The Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily inbound and outbound operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution. This role involves managing a team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high service and productivity standards across receiving, processing, and dispatch functions.

Key responsibilities include supervising inbound activities such as receiving, inventory verification, and storage, as well as outbound operations including order processing, packing, and shipping. The Team Lead ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements while meeting operational KPIs and deadlines.

The role also involves training and mentoring team members, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
