Job summary

Cotiviti in Hyderabad is hiring for a Team Lead Operations to oversee US Healthcare processes. The role requires strong team leadership, excellent communication, and solid experience in managing performance metrics and service levels.

You will drive operational efficiency and coordinate multi-project work across the team. The successful candidate will have 1+ year in a Team Lead capacity, proficiency in MS Office, and a track record of improving KPIs and SLAs while handling transition activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of Team Lead experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Strong understanding of KRAs, KPIs, SLAs.
• Exposure to attrition, shrinkage and process transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the operations team to meet client SLAs.
• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs and KRAs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Manage attrition and shrinkage, and implement process improvements.

Position: Team Lead Operations

Locations: Hyderabad

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of Team Lead experience on papers (Acting Team Lead / Acting SME profiles will not be considered).
• Communication: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People Management: Proven ability in managing teams and driving performance.
• Performance Metrics: Strong understanding and hands-on experience in handling: KRAS (Key Result Areas), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
• Operational Management: Exposure to managing Attrition, Shrinkage, and Process Transitions.

Domain Preference:

• International Voice Process background preferred.(No Domestic Experience will be considered)
• US Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
• Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
