Position Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead with prior experience in managing teams in an International BPO setting, preferably in the US healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of driving performance and ensuring process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of customer service executives or agents.
• Monitor and drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs.
• Handle escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to maintain service quality.
• Ensure process compliance and handle client interactions as needed.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in an International BPO.
• Exposure to the US healthcare process is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proficient in handling escalations and performance metrics.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timings).
• Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Candidates currently in Pune or willing to relocate to Hinjewadi, Pune preferred.
