Job summary

Chapman Freeborn in Mumbai, India, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure timely service delivery across all operations.

You will coordinate with internal teams, clients and suppliers, support process improvements, and mentor Duty Officers to maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role offers global exposure and LinkedIn Learning access.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations environment (aviation experience preferred).

  • Provide guidance and training to Operations / Duty Officers to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
  • Monitor service quality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Support business development during non-operational periods, including client engagement and opportunities.

Purpose of Role
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service delivery across all operations
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows, and team performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high service standards
