• Team Management: Assign daily tasks, manage shift rosters, and oversee staff attendance.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate employee output, provide regular feedback.
• Workflow Optimization: Coordinate resources, remove roadblocks, and manage deadlines to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Issue Resolution: Address employee grievances, mediate workplace conflicts, and take disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure team adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports and relay company objectives to both the team and upper management.
