Job summary

Anoud Technologies LLC in Chennai is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Leader to mentor and manage offshore delivery teams and collaborate with onshore stakeholders. You will own workforce planning, capacity management, and governance-driven performance improvements, while driving escalation management and KPI accountability.

The role requires 12–16 years in IT operations/delivery with 6–8 years in leadership, plus a background in software development or technology services.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of overall IT Operations, Delivery Management, Service Delivery, or Technology Delivery experience.
• 6–8 years in a managerial or delivery leadership role, overseeing offshore teams reporting into onshore/global stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects/workstreams with governance and KPI accountability.
• Experience handling delivery risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary offshore operations contact for onshore stakeholders and leadership
• Lead governance meetings and present delivery performance, risks, and improvement plans
• Manage escalations end-to-end with timely resolution and clear communication

Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track delivery performance
• Drive process standardization, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Identify automation opportunities to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and quality standards

Reporting

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting on SLA adherence, delivery timelines, quality, utilization, and risks

Required Experience

• 12–16 years of overall experience in IT Operations, Delivery Management, Service Delivery, or Technology Delivery
