Viable Search Consultants is seeking a Travel Operations Manager with 5+ years in travel, preferably corporate travel management and MICE exposure. You will own management of corporate travel programs, relationships with agencies and card issuers, and lead cross-functional efforts to optimize travel operations.

The role requires strong Sabre GDS skills, exposure to policy administration across markets, and the ability to analyse travel data to drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Administer Global Travel Policy as it relates to local markets and the region.
• Support Regional Travel Manager during supplier RFPs including review and analysis.
• Identifying and initiate process improvement opportunities.
• Develop travel vendor relationships and programs where required (agency, online booking tool provider, air, hotel, car rental, and other travel related services).
• Assist Regional Travel manager with benchmarking, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on travel expenditures and compliance.

Travel Operations Manager Duties & Responsibilities

Ideally at least 5+ years of directly related experience in the travel industry, preferably as a corporate travel manager and MICE experience or travel agencies

Strong Sabre GDS skills (booking, ticketing, scripts and profile updates), minimum of 5+ years experience in the travel industry, are required

Own the management and administration of our Global Stock Option Program

Lead cross-functional meetings and coordination efforts to roll-out stock plans to new countries

Manage corporate travel programs, including relationship with agencies and credit card issuers
