Neptune Holidays Limited seeks an experienced Short Haul International Travel Operations professional to independently manage FIT and MICE movements across Dubai, UAE, Oman, Thailand and other destinations. You will oversee bookings from confirmation through travel completion and coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and activity suppliers.

• 37+ years of experience in international tour operations.
• Strong knowledge of Short Haul destinations.
• Experience handling both FIT and group/MICE movements.
• Good supplier and DMC network.
• Strong costing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with travel portals, supplier extranets and booking systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle confirmed FIT bookings from confirmation to completion.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed itineraries and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, guides and other services.
• Verify vouchers, confirmations, inclusions and operational details.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels and activity suppliers.
• Monitor amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Handle group movements, incentives, conferences and corporate events.
• Coordinate rooming lists, transport plans, meal arrangements, activities and events.
• Prepare operational schedules and movement plans.
• Coordinate group check-ins, transfers and destination arrangements.
• Work closely with the MICE team on event requirements and onsite execution.
• Handle last-minute changes and onsite operational issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DMCs, hotels, transport companies and activity suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive rates and value-added inclusions.
• Maintain knowledge of destination-specific suppliers and products.
• Evaluate supplier service quality and reliability.
• Check costing, margins and supplier rates.
• Ensure confirmations are received before client commitments.
• Maintain proper booking records and operational files.
• Coordinate payment requirements with accounts.
• Understand special requirements including dietary preferences, Indian meals, Jain meals, room preferences and VIP arrangements.
• Ensure all client commitments are communicated clearly to suppliers.
• Support clients and groups during travel when required.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Short Haul International Travel Operations professional to independently handle FIT and MICE movements across destinations such as Dubai, UAE, Oman, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Maldives and other nearby
international destinations.

The role involves complete responsibility from confirmed booking through final travel completion.

Key Responsibilities

FIT Operations

• Handle confirmed FIT bookings from confirmation to completion.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed itineraries and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, guides and other services.
• Verify vouchers, confirmations, inclusions and operational details.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels and activity suppliers.
