Responsibilities

• Ensure FSSAI hygiene, labelling, and storage compliance at every outlet
• Coordinate supply timing and volumes with farm/processing units to match daily demand
• Maintain consistent pricing, display, and customer service standards across branches
• Report daily/weekly branch-level numbers to management
• Handle escalations - customer complaints, equipment breakdowns, staff issues - with quick resolution

Role Summary
Organise and coordinate branch operations across NOVEG - stock, compliance, and customer experience - so everything runs on a proper, predictable flow. This is a planning and oversight role: a dedicated assistant will be appointed to execute the ground-level work under your direction.
