You will coordinate with branch teams, support audits, and manage MIS/reports while ensuring NHB compliance and robust document custody practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Mandatory).
• 2-4 years of experience in operations within NBFC/HFC/BFSI sector.
• Prior experience in branch operations or loan processing preferred.
• Knowledge of CERSAI, CKYC, and NHB compliance guidelines.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MIS and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Process & Compliance Management: ensure adherence to operational processes and login checklists.
• Coordination & Workflow Management: liaise with Branch Sales and Credit teams for timely loan processing.
• Audit & Regulatory Support: assist audits (Concurrent, Statutory, NHB) and document readiness.
• Branch Administration & Compliance: support infrastructure and regulatory compliance at the branch.
• MIS & Reporting: manage Branch Operations MIS and monitor performance metrics.
• Regulatory Activities Execution: ensure timely CKYC, CERSAI, and statutory reporting.
• Document Management & Custody: store, dispatch, and secure loan documents per NHB norms.

To ensure efficient branch operations, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between sales, credit, and operations teams while maintaining high standards of documentation, audit readiness, and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Compliance Management

• Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes and login checklists at all times.
• Monitor compliance with sanction and disbursement conditions for all loan files.

Coordination & Workflow Management

• Coordinate effectively with Branch Sales and Credit teams to ensure smooth processing and timely movement of loan files.
• Act as a central point of contact for operational support within the branch.

Audit & Regulatory Support

• Assist the Location Operations Head during audits, including Concurrent, Statutory, and NHB audits.
• Ensure readiness of documents and processes for internal and external audits.

Branch Administration & Compliance

• Support the Location Operations Head in maintaining branch infrastructure and administrative compliance as per NHB and organizational norms.
• Ensure all regulatory and internal compliance standards are consistently met.

MIS & Reporting

• Manage and maintain Branch Operations MIS, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Track operational metrics and highlight gaps or risks proactively.

Regulatory Activities Execution

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of regulatory requirements such as CERSAI, CKYC, and other statutory reporting authorities.

Document Management & Custody

• Ensure safe storage and proper handling of all loan documents at the branch.
• Oversee timely and secure dispatch of documents to centralized vault storage with quality checks.
• Strong understanding of HFC operations and regulatory framework
• Knowledge of CERSAI, CKYC, and NHB compliance guidelines
