Job summary

Ramky Sustainability Solutions Hyderabad seeks a focused professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of all utilities for the 2×600 TPD, 24 MW WTE project. Responsibilities include regular preventive maintenance, condition monitoring of BOP packages, and coordination with supporting teams to reduce downtime.

The role requires ensuring boiler, TG, ACC, and auxiliaries run smoothly via DCS, and overseeing water treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of utilities including ACC, compressors, LDO, and raw water system.
• Preventive maintenance and condition monitoring of BOP packages.
• Coordinate with maintenance and services teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure operation of Boiler, TG, ACC, air compressors and other auxiliaries for the 2×600 TPD, 24 MW WTE project via DCS.
• Monitor operations of water treatment plant (Clarifier, RO, DM).
• Maintain boiler and ACT water parameters.

Job description

Objective: Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of all utilities & Preventive maintenance and condition monitoring of the BOP packages.

Key Accountability

• Operation and Maintenance of all utilities comprising ACC, compressors, LDO, and Raw water system.
• Preventive maintenance and condition monitoring of the BOP packages.
• Close coordination with support teams like maintenance and services to reduce downtime.
• Ensure operation of Boiler, TG, ACC, Air compressors, and all other auxiliaries of 2* 600 TPD, 24 MW WTE project through DCS.
• Monitor operations of WTP comprising of Clarifier, RO, and DM.
• Maintain boiler and ACT water parameters.
