Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) islooking for anOperationsManagerwho canlead day-to-day operations withinthe content organization, translating Dodge’s U.S. process standards into India delivery routines.The Operations Manager will build and mentor analyst teams, ensure quality and turnaround KPIs, and maintain alignment with the Program Office.

This is a full-time position and reports directly totheDirector,Data Operations India Content Acquisition.

Preferred Location

Qualified candidates must be willing towork on-sitein theKochi office.

Essential Functions

• Oversee a team of 20–25 Analysts/Senior Analysts delivering content research and enrichment
• Manage daily work allocation, SLAs, and performance dashboards; ensure quality adherence
• Act as first-line reviewer for task accuracy and escalation handling
• Collaborate with QA, Training, and Governance units to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
• Support onboarding and floor training for new batches (campus and lateral hires)
• Track team productivity and contribute to process optimization initiatives

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
