Job summary

Everlume Solutions in India is seeking an experienced Senior BPO Operations Lead to drive end-to-end operations across multiple processes and client accounts.

You will manage large teams through Team Leaders, Managers and Assistant Managers, own critical KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality and financial performance, and develop workforce plans aligned to business volumes. The role demands strong client governance and relationship management.
