Job summary

GoIntegra Facility Management Pvt Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple projects and strengthen client relationships. The role requires leadership to guide teams, strategic thinking, and regular site visits within the city to ensure client satisfaction.

You will report to the director and identify opportunities to grow the customer base while maintaining high service standards and effective utilization of resources. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in managing client relations in facility management.
• Face to the client with frequent site visits within the city.
• Lead multiple teams and identify end-to-end process improvements.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication to interact at all levels.
• Prepare monthly operations review metrics and present to Director/CEO.
• Mentor, train and groom team members and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Attract talents, hire, coach and appraise employees.

Looking for Operation manager to manage multiple projects in thecity. We are looking for an experienced client relationship manager to beresponsible for engaging with key clients by building and preserving trustingrelationships. The client relationship manager is a leadership role &reporting to director, will constantly identify opportunities to grow thecustomer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You shouldalso be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensuremaximum client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• RelevantExperience - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managing clientrelations preferably in Facility Industry
• Customerhandling - Be the face to the client, make frequent site visit (within thecity). Manages critical relationships with client, team, and key vendors.
• LeadershipSkills - Supervise and coordinate activities with multiple team, identifyprocess improvements by understanding end to end operations.
• StrongCommunication - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, theability to interact credibly with all levels in an organization.
• StrongPresentation Skills: Prepare detailed monthly operations review metricsfor all projects and present to Director/CEO. Presents accomplishments atclient meetings.
