U.S. Bancorp India is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee functional areas and coordinate staff, ensuring quality service for internal and external customers. You will lead high performance teams, set goals, provide feedback, and drive accountability across operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering compliant, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of operations functions, systems, and procedures.
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State regulations.
• Experience with financial analysis and documentation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Oversees adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations within area of responsibility. Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent work experience

• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
