Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. in Chennai, India is seeking an experienced AR follow-up professional to support healthcare providers with denials management, appeals processing, and timely collections. This role focuses on improving cash flow and reducing aged AR within a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.

You will analyze AR data, identify trends, coach colleagues, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments to drive process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.
