We are looking for high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our India operations team. This role owns end-to-end responsibility for site/s,including budgets, people development and operational performance. Ensure meeting operational SLAs across inbound, outbound, ICQA, and FC Dock functions. Additional responsibilities include leading and developing a team coaching and mentoring leaders to achieve performance objectives, fostering positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the site/s. This position also ensures best practices are proactively identified and shared across departments, shifts and the broader network. Works closely with cross-functional support teams including HR, Finance, Facilities, Security & Loss Prevention, IT and Operations leadership, to secure resources, deliver projects and support broader operational initiatives. The role requires the ability to effectively resolve operational and people-related issues impacting assigned functional areas. A day in the life is as follows: Understand warehouse operations thoroughly. Daily and Weekly Business Reviews. Learn and understand best practices across Amazon network and implement in your own site. Aid in implementation of new tools /products/process to improve safe and quality operations. Keep a close understanding of site metrics to understand improvement opportunities. Conceptualize and implement six sigma and productivity enhancement projects.
