Qualifications

• Engineer or MBA (0-2 years experience)
• Comfortable working on the ground and in the field, including shift-based hours
• Strong people skills — you'll manage a sizable team and interact with drivers daily
• Good problem solving ability
• Basic data comfort — able to read a dashboard, track numbers in Excel, and report against goals
• Owner mindset: you take a goal and make it your problem to solve
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; working English for reporting
• Two-wheeler / valid license is a plus (field mobility across zones)

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations across our special zones — managing executive deployment, shift coverage, and on-ground execution
• Plan and execute below-the-line activities on the ground, ensuring strong visibility and engagement across zones
• Lead, motivate and roster a team of 15+ field executives — owning their daily performance, attendance and discipline
• Track and report ground performance to leadership crisply and on time; flag issues early
• Be the first responder for on-ground blockers and keep operations running smoothly through peak periods
• Ensure all field interactions are handled with professionalism and respect for our driver-partners

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Lead to drive our Special Zone operations and BTL activation on the ground. You'll lead a team of 15+ field executives, own daily execution across zones, and work directly with senior leadership. This is a first leadership role built for someone who wants ownership early and is willing to be hands-on in the field, not behind a desk.

What You'll Own

• Special Zone operations: Run day-to-day field operations across our special zones — managing executive deployment, shift coverage, and on-ground execution.
