Namma Yatri, powered by Moving Tech, is Bharat Taxi’s open mobility platform. We are seeking a high-ownership Growth Manager to drive growth, supply expansion, operational excellence, and conversion improvements across Karnataka.

This role sits at the intersection of Ops, Product, Growth, and Analytics. You’ll work with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics to optimize supply, churn, and bookings through data-driven experiments and scalable playbooks.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Growth Manager to drive growth, supply expansion, operational excellence, and conversion improvements across Karnataka.

This role sits at the intersection of Ops, Product, Growth, and Analytics. The ideal candidate should be extremely strong with numbers, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supply-Led Growth & Marketplace Management

• Drive supply growth and marketplace efficiency across cities
• Own key supply metrics including active drivers, online hours, conversion, cancellations, utilisation, and subscription realisation
• Identify and solve demand-supply gaps through structured interventions

Conversion & Funnel Optimisation

• Improve conversion metrics across search → booking → completed rides
• Work closely with Product teams to improve user journeys and reduce friction points
• Coordinate with Marketing teams on top-of-the-funnel growth and conversion efficiency

Data & Experimentation

• Build dashboards, track cohorts, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
• Run structured experiments across pricing, supply, and engagement levers

Operations & Execution Excellence

• Build scalable operational playbooks and improve execution reliability
• Solve operational bottlenecks with speed and ownership
