Job summary

Supertails is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to drive on-ground execution across Bengaluru and nearby areas. You’ll work with Marketing, Category, Tech/Product, Customer Experience, Supply Chain and Finance to move initiatives from plan to impact.

You’ll travel across the city, coordinate with vets, vendors and local communities, and own delivery of campaigns, logistics and launches with daily trackers and clear escalation when blockers arise.

• Strong initiative with the ability to drive tasks to closure.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi or Kannada.
• Willingness to travel across the city and work on the ground.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a doer, not a planner. Plans will come from the team; your job is to make them happen on the ground, on time, every time. You will manage stakeholders, run operations in the field and fix problems the moment they show up.

You will work with almost every department at Supertails, including Marketing, Category, Tech/Product, Customer Experience, Supply Chain and Finance. Expect to spend most of your time on the ground and on calls, not in slides.

• Final-year student or recent graduate (MBA or similar is a plus)

• Past internship in operations, events, sales or a startup
• Experience running college fests, clubs or on-ground events
• Love for pets (a big plus)
