About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Excellence Intern to support process improvement initiatives across our Hub Operations. The intern will work on identifying process gaps, benchmarking existing practices and supporting the implementation of best practices across hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Study existing processes across hub operations and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct benchmarking of processes and practices across hubs.
• Support identification and documentation of best practices.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to track implementation and impact.
• Prepare analysis, reports and presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel to PUMA hubs for 1-2 weeks as required.
