Overview

As the Operations Head for Portfolio Management Services (PMS), you will oversee operational processes, ensure compliance, and drive client satisfaction. Reporting to the Principal Officer, your role is key in maintaining operational excellence while adhering to SEBI regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Redemption: Oversee the client onboarding process and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations. Manage client redemption requests, ensuring accurate execution and timely settlements.
• Paperwork & Documentation: Review and approve KYC forms, legal agreements, and other essential documents, ensuring compliance and minimal errors.
• Trade Execution: Manage trade execution and collaborate with investment teams to support portfolio management decisions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance protocols, working closely with compliance officers to mitigate operational risks and ensure a secure environment.
• Quarter-End Charges: Oversee fund charge processing, including performance fees and audit charges, ensuring transparency in client communications.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, streamlining operations and boosting team performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Client Communication: Send regular client updates in line with SEBI guidelines and resolve any queries promptly.

Qualifications
