PBL Transport Corporation Private Limited is seeking an proactive Operations Executive to oversee transportation operations at the Atchutapuram Site, Anakapalli. You will manage vehicle placement, work orders, customer coordination, and billing follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate service.

Ideal candidates have 1-5 years in logistics, strong Excel and software skills, and the ability to handle multiple shipments under pressure while coordinating with drivers, brokers, and customers.

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fleet Operations.
• Knowledge of vehicle placement, broker handling, freight negotiation, and work order management.
• Experience in customer, driver, and vendor coordination.
• Understanding of vehicle documentation such as RC, PAN, GST, and billing processes.
• Ability to manage loading, unloading, dispatch, and shipment tracking activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/transport management software.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for customer and supplier visits when required.
